inHANCE is pleased to welcome TRICO Regional Sewer Utility to our Impresa client roster. Located in suburban Indianapolis, TRICO serves about 16,000 customer accounts. Their staff began evaluating new CIS products pre-COVID. They were some delays in the process of coordinating site visits and follow-up meetings. Their staff met with their neighbor and our long-time inHANCE customer Carmel City Utilities to finalize their decision to migrate to Impresa.
