PowerManager software is a product of the partnership between Salt Creek Software and the Nebraska Municipal Power Pool, both based in Lincoln, Neb. The two organizations have worked as partners to successfully develop and assist municipalities and utilities with software business needs since the late 1990s. PowerManager’s suite of municipal and utility software applications is used by nearly 190 municipalities and utilities throughout the U.S.
Utility Billing provides users the tool to be compatible with most Automated Meter Reading (AMR), other features include ACH, ability to go paperless with e-mail billing, Cash register & receipt printing.

The Inventory program provides a proven system to track and manage inventory and produce a variety of reports, including work order and purchase order tracking. It is ideal for municipalities that deal with many vendors and have a large inventory.
Service Order tracks and manages service orders electronically, resulting in improved efficiency with fewer tasks slipping through the cracks and more satisfied customers. Once logged into the program, service orders can be easily reproduced, updated and tracked.
Reconcile bank statements by drawing information from the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll and General Ledger programs to complete the statement process more efficiently.

With technology, especially software, once you develop a program and distribute it, the task of supporting and improving the program is never-ending. Without upgrades or support, the product eventually becomes obsolete as technology advances. The Value Support Plan allows users to be served in the most timely manner as opposed to having one major upgrade each year to one of the core programs.
Under the Value Support Plan, participants pay an annual fee and receive annual upgrades for each of the programs. In addition, a customer support plan is included. No matter if you are utilizing all the programs or just one, everyone will receive an upgrade each year.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in all aspects of the product, ranging from development to training and support. In recent years, his primary focus has shifted to client support services. He takes pleasure in assisting clients by resolving issues and providing valuable services such as report/form design and data correction. Mitch’s ultimate objective is to deliver software and support services for inHance that are recognized for their exceptional value.
Mitch Mullins has been involved with all aspects of PowerManager since its inception in 1983, contributing to various tasks like programming, documentation, customer support, installations, conferences, refresher classes, and on-premise training. His utmost aim is to provide PowerManager users with the highest quality software and support services possible. In his leisure time, he finds joy in engaging in various activities, including bowling, cooking, hunting, fishing, and riding and working on motorcycles.
